Returns & Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Incorrect purchases and change of mind
Please check product descriptions, specifications and vehicle compatibility carefully before ordering. Got It Rex is not required to provide a refund where you change your mind or purchase an incorrect part where the product supplied matches your order and description.

At our discretion, we may accept an eligible unused item for store credit where it is returned undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase. A $12.50 restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied products
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, does not match its description, or you believe it otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Motorsport and competition use
Motorsport and competition use can place components under conditions and loads beyond normal road use. Damage or failure caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, competition use or operation outside a product's intended specifications may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, credit or warranty remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact Got It Rex before returning any product so we can provide return instructions and assess the appropriate next steps.
